  • If accessing child development guidance or counseling services on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are a legal guardian or authorized parent.

3. Booking and Payment Policy

3.1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings for services are subject to availability.

  • A confirmation will be sent via email/SMS upon successful booking and payment.

3.2. Payment Options

We accept online payments through the following methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

All payments will be processed in compliance with RBI guidelines.

3.3. Currency

All transactions are conducted in INR (Indian Rupees).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Tarot Reading Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.

  • Counseling Services: Rescheduling is permitted up to 12 hours before the session, subject to availability. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

5. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and payment information.

  • Use the services only for lawful purposes.

  • Refrain from any activity that disrupts or damages the website or its services.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sensitive data such as payment information will be encrypted, and transactions will be processed in compliance with the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and other RBI guidelines.
