Refund Policy

DIVINETAROT sells digital PDF reports. Once a report is successfully generated and marked ready for download, the purchase is generally non-refundable because the digital good has been delivered.

• Payment succeeded but report generation permanently failed and we cannot deliver a usable PDF.
• Duplicate accidental charges for the same order (after we verify with Cashfree).
• Other clear billing errors on our side.

Approved refunds are initiated through Cashfree back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or UPI provider (often several business days).

Free calculators have no charge and therefore no refund. Optional paid upgrades are clearly labeled before checkout.

Even after a successful purchase, reports are deleted after about 30 days. Not downloading before deletion is not usually grounds for a refund — please save your PDF while it is available.
